CCHS fine arts department teacher Heather Garland shares the rationale behind hands-on learning within her classroom.

The CCSD named the Class of 2025 valedictorian and salutatorian on May 19.

CCSD High School students’ artwork was displayed in the Athica Athens Institute on March. 20 which allowed friends and family to attend and see the artwork.

CCHS’ Fine Arts Night was held on Nov. 16 in the E.B. Mell Lobby and Auditorium from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Fine Arts Night, which was held for the first time on Nov. 10, allowed students to showcase their talents to audience members.

Art from students at CCHS will be featured in the Lyndon House starting Oct. 9 through Jan. 14, 2023.

A Ceramics I course will be offered at CCHS for the 2021-22 school year, which will be focused on making both sculptural and functional forms of clay pieces by hand.
